OUR INTEGRATED REGENERATIVE VISION
OUR ECO-SOCIAL WORK
The communities surrounding Wild Dharma are poor. They live with limited material resources and remain largely outside the formal economy, sustaining themselves through fishing and coconut harvesting.
The skills, knowledge, and cultural wisdom they do hold are rarely recognised or valued, leaving them caught between traditional ways of life and an economic system that offers few meaningful opportunities.
The most pressing challenges they face, poverty, health, and education, are all deeply interconnected and cannot be addressed in isolation. Lasting change requires integrated approaches that strengthen livelihoods, improve access to healthcare, and expand education.
All of this needs to be done in ways that honour and build upon local knowledge, skills, and cultural dignity.
Wild Dharma is committed to being an active partner, working alongside communities to build stability, restore agency, and support people in shaping their own futures on their own terms.

HEALTH
Remote communities in Palawan have limited access to even the most basic healthcare services.
Addressing this gap is central to our work.
A key part of our plans is the establishment of a small community health clinic to provide essential primary care for local families. The clinic will serve as a hub for ongoing health support, monitoring common and preventable health concerns, particularly among children, many of who are under nourished.
Many of the health challenges faced by these communities are closely linked to poverty and inadequate nutrition.
By gathering health data over time, the clinic will help us understand patterns, guide targeted interventions, and ensure our efforts respond to real and evolving community needs.
EDUCATION
Education is more than learning, it’s a pathway to opportunity, resilience, and self-determination.
By improving school facilities, providing essential resources, and supporting teachers to help children thrive both academically and personally.
Through cultural exchange and hands-on learning experiences, we ignite curiosity, strengthen confidence, and nurture a sense of agency.
Every step we take to enrich education helps these communities preserve their cultural heritage, unlock potential, and shape a brighter, regenerative future.
